Sometimes all it takes is one conversation to change everything.

Simply turn up to a session — no referral, no sign-up process, no pressure. You’ll be welcomed as you are.

MMHG South Yorkshire meets every Wednesday evening at Costa Coffee in Parkgate, Rotherham. MMHG East Yorkshire meet the last Wednesday of every month at Starbuck in Goole, followed by activities at the Victoria Pleasure Grounds.

Not at all. You can listen, chat, or just be there. There’s no expectation — everyone engages in their own way.

Most sessions are free. Occasionally there may be optional costs linked to activities, but we always aim to keep things accessible for everyone.

Join your local group today and see what a difference you can make to yourself and others.
